Softphone Clarification

All a reminder if you already have a hardline phone on HHUS, HHAP, or HHEU you are allowed to have a soft phone added to your account. There seems to be a thought that we do not assign them. The only reason you would go to HHX for soft phone, is if you have no intention of getting a hardline phone.

Let us Keep Growing!

So how we all doing out there in the land of Hamshack Hotline? I want to thank all of you for continuing to promote our service and community. I have still been reeling back from the loss of my wife back in July, and am trying to get back into the swing of things. As you most can imagine self, family, and job have taken precedent. With that being said, I happened to be looking at the map(thank you David(KD4CLJ) for your continued fine work), it amazes me that in a two year period the map is populated here in the states, and the Caribbean. Would love to see us further spread into Central and South America. Also I look at Europe and mainly see station in the UK, and would like to see other European stations come on board. But I can do keystrokes, upon keystrokes, but it takes you the user to promote the product. So please tell a friend, get them on board! We have grown by mostly Social Media, and word of mouth. Lets keep the Growth moving forward.

Boxboro Hamvention we need Volunteers!

I am looking for some volunteers to step up to the plate for the ARRL Boxboro Hamvention, Boxboro MA. Friday Sept 6th(12pm-5PM), 7th(8AM-5PM), and 8th(8AM-12PM). David KD4CLJ definitely will need assistance for set up Friday morning. The usual characters Ken(KA1EZH), John(K1WIZ), and Dave(W2DAN) all are working Friday. So please lets make this a team effort, would love to see some faces we haven’t met here in the New England area yet. Please let me know if you can help us with this exhibit.

Looking for your Support

Ok I would like to update everyone with happenings here at HH. Some of you may not know, but recently one of our VOIP partners the “Guild” disbanded, along with one of its biggest contributors Jason W4JMF to it and HamShack Hotline. Jason was gracious enough to support HHEU over the past year. So with this being said we are asking if all users of HH, might be willing to donate $1.50 a month on a reoccurring basis. Of course one time donations are also welcomed. We need to be able to be able to pay for US, AP, and EU instances on the cloud monthly, we are looking forward to your support. Thanks Ken

Back in the Saddle

Well its been a long time since I have put a post up here. Unfortunately life and family have been at the forefront for the last several months, and that is where I needed to be. So with that now past me, I would like to once again ask those in the Ham community to promote Hamshack Hotline. We are entering into our Fall Ham Fest time, and we will be setting up a demo at the Boxboro Hamvention in September, in Boxboro Massachusetts. So please tell a friend about us and go to www.hamshackhotline.com

Sorry I been MIA

So I have been pretty silent as of late and apologize, but have been dealing with some family matters. Now that they are as in order as they gonna be its time to talk up HH! I was pretty pumped this past Tuesday as I mentioned earlier in the week, when I presented to my local radio club. We need all of you the end users of Hamshack Hotline, to promote amongst each other not just we the founders. So please when ever you have the chance to bring Hamshack Hotline to a group of Hams please use all the materials found in the file section our FB page. Ty and 73

A Hearty Thank You

Despite the rainy cool weather up in NH this weekend I want to send a very sincere thank you to David Bodman KD4CLJ. He not only weathered the elements at NEARFEST, but put a good amount of time into an awesome demo table and creation of a new brochure for Hamshack Hotline.
