OK so I have gone to website and think I have made things more accessible? When you go to documents and put your cursor over highlighted field it will go to a page with multiple sections of information. To create an account to Help desk just go upper right hand corner where it says “create account”. I am trying to be responsive to your wants, needs, and criticisms. As you make updates, can you renew your certificate (it expired) so that I dont have to make an exception
